By: Good afternoon to all our Formula1.it readers. We have reached FP3 for the Brazilian GP. We are likely to face wet conditions again today. There is a slight chance of rain for FP3, while a more significant probability is forecast for qualifying.
Mercedes, McLaren and Red Bull made their mark from the very start of the weekend. Norris, Antonelli and Verstappen are very closely matched. Ferrari, however, are missing from the picture after trailing further behind in dry conditions yesterday. Rain could create further upheaval. It will be interesting to see what happens. This Saturday, following the dismissal of Esteban Ocon, F2 championship leader Rafael Camara will make his qualifying debut. The Brazilian driver will remain a Haas works driver in 2027.
Before we begin our FP3 commentary, let us take a look at the Pirelli tyre allocation for the Brazilian GP: the Hard C3, Medium C4 and Soft C5 compounds will be available, the softest combination in the range, as was the case in Mexico (image: Pirelli graphic).
Pit lane opens at 15:30 Italian time. Live coverage from 15:15.
