By: In just over a week, Formula 1 will finally return to the Temple of Speed at Monza for the eagerly anticipated Italian Grand Prix, which will once again use the traditional format this year. In 2027, it will switch to the Sprint format, with a short race on Saturday.
The Italian circuit is preparing to host a weekend packed with action and spectacle. Alongside Ferrari and its drivers, there is enormous anticipation surrounding Andrea Kimi Antonelli, who has just turned 20 and will contest his home Grand Prix for the first time as championship leader.
The Antonelli effect has already prompted huge numbers of fans to snap up tickets, with Sunday 6 September selling out almost immediately. However, for those keen to experience a Formula 1 race live, a limited number of tickets for both Friday and Saturday are still available through TicketOne, the sole ticket retailer.
For the first day of free practice, general admission tickets are also available. These are the cheapest option, priced at €50.00. For an additional two euros, €52.00 in total, you can instead buy a seat in the unreserved stone grandstand inside Parabolica.
A small number of seats also remain available along the straights of the Brianza circuit and at the main chicanes, namely the First Chicane and Ascari. The map on the TicketOne website shows that all seating categories are still available, so it is worth taking a look for yourself.
The situation is very similar for Saturday, which features the final free-practice session and qualifying. The only difference is the price. General admission, the basic ticket required to enter the circuit, starts at €70.00, while a place in the grandstand inside the Parabolica Michele Alboreto costs €85.
The most expensive tickets still available allow you to enjoy the day from Grandstand 6C, located inside the First Chicane, or from the covered grandstand on the main straight. Both cost €297.00.
Please also note that tickets are valid for one day and allow entry to the venue from 08:00. In addition to Formula 1, Formula 3, Formula 2 and the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup will also be on track, all categories in which Italy has many representatives.
Upgrade from General Admission to a grandstand seat
Those holding a Circolare Prato (General Admission) ticket can also pay the difference to upgrade and watch the on-track sessions from the grandstands. As stated on the official monzanet.it website, the initiative applies exclusively to single-day tickets for Friday 4 and Saturday 5 September, excluding Sunday and three-day passes, and is subject to availability.

- Visit the TicketOne website in the Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix section;
- Select the individual Friday or Saturday for which you wish to upgrade;
- In the “Select your promotions” section, choose the “Difference from Circolare G/A to Grandstand” option;
- Enter the Fiscal Seal (S.F.) code from your Circolare Prato (General Admission) ticket;
- Select your preferred grandstand and seat, then complete the purchase.
