Historical information

The Dutch Grand Prix, or more appropriately the Grand Prix of the Netherlands, is a Formula One motor race that has been held since 1952 at the Zandvoort Circuit, near the town of the same name. No longer held since 1986, the return of the Grand Prix, scheduled on the calendar for the 2020 season with a three-year validation, was postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2022, 2023 and 2024 editions set a new attendance record with 305,000 spectators. The 2023 race was the Grand Prix with the highest number of pit stops in Formula 1 history, with 89, beating the previous record of 88 stops set by the 2011 Hungarian Grand Prix, as well as the highest number of overtakes in a single race with 186, following the record of 161 at the 2016 Chinese Grand Prix, and in a single lap, with 63.

Ferrari is the team with the most wins, with 8.
