Historical information

The circuit is located in the center of Austria, in the “heart of Styria,” a green region full of hills in the center of Austria, about 200 kilometers from cities such as Vienna and Salzburg. It can be reached from the capital after a two-and-a-half-hour drive on the A1 (which is why it was formerly called the A1-Ring) and then on the S36 towards Spielberg. From Salzburg, on the other hand, it proceeds via the E60 and E57, before joining the S36
