Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez

Mexico City
Lenght: 4.304 Km
Laps / Race Distance: 71 / 305.584 Km

Geographical Information

The Hermanos Rodríguez (Rodríguez Brothers) Circuit is a permanent automotive circuit located in a park on the outskirts of Mexico City. Mexico City is more than 2,000 meters above sea level, and the rarefied air affects the performance of the cars, reducing the aerodynamic downforce generated by the cars.

Historical Information

The track is an impressive 4.304 km long, with 17 turns and a surface that is not very severe on tires. In 2024 there was resurfacing in the section involving turns 12 and 15 and the third sector.

The very smooth asphalt and the fact that the track is little used means that grip levels are quite low at the beginning of the weekend and the track's evolution is very pronounced, rubberizing as the single-seaters go around the track.
